MyPromptDeck ("MyPromptDeck", "we", "us") provides a prompt library, saved prompt tools, prompt customization, and related features for users who choose to use the product. We respect your privacy and keep data collection limited to what is needed to operate the app and Chrome extension.

• Account information such as your email address and login credentials (managed by our authentication provider).
• Prompt data you save, create, edit, or organize inside MyPromptDeck.
• Usage data needed to operate app features, subscriptions, and AI prompt customization limits.
• Payment and subscription status information processed through our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store full card numbers on our servers.

How We Use Information

• To provide the prompt library, saved prompts, projects, and customization features.

Chrome Extension Privacy

The MyPromptDeck Chrome extension only accesses information necessary to deliver its stated functionality. It does not sell personal information. It does not collect browsing history except where needed for an explicitly user-invoked product feature.

Third-Party Services

MyPromptDeck relies on third-party providers for authentication (Supabase), hosting (Vercel), AI processing (OpenAI), and payments (Stripe). Those providers may process limited information as needed to deliver their services, under their own privacy policies.

Data Retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.

Your Rights

You can access, update, export, or delete your account data by contacting us. Where required by law, we honor data subject rights including access, correction, and erasure.
