MyPromptDeck Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, starting a trial, or otherwise using MyPromptDeck ("the Service"), operated by The Prompt Deck Co. ("we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

MyPromptDeck is a subscription-based AI prompt management product. It provides a curated prompt library, prompt saving and organization, AI-assisted prompt customization, and a companion Chrome extension. Features may change as the product evolves.

3. Subscriptions, Trials, and Billing

• MyPromptDeck is a paid product. Plans start at $6/month. Pricing shown at checkout is authoritative.
• New subscriptions may include a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription begins and your payment method is charged automatically.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. You authorize us, through our payment processor Stripe, to charge your payment method on each renewal.
• You can cancel at any time from your account or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the current paid period.
• One-time pack purchases are non-recurring and grant access to the purchased content.

4. Refunds

Except where required by law, subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing period has begun. If you believe you were charged in error, contact j@thepromptdeckco.com and we will review your request in good faith.

5. Acceptable Use

• You may not resell, redistribute, or share access to the Service or its prompt library outside the terms of your subscription.
• You may not use the Service to generate unlawful, harmful, infringing, or abusive content.
• You may not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure.
• You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.

6. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses third-party AI models to customize prompts. AI output may be inaccurate or unsuitable for your purpose. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated content before relying on or publishing it. We make no warranty regarding the accuracy or fitness of AI output.

7. Your Content

Prompts you create or save remain yours. You grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely to operate the Service for you. We do not claim ownership of your custom prompts.

8. Intellectual Property

The MyPromptDeck library, brand, design, and software are owned by The Prompt Deck Co. and protected by applicable law. Your subscription grants a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service; it does not transfer ownership of any underlying intellectual property.

9. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Prompt Deck Co. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
